    Aluminum will work, I am sure it is cheaper that copper but by how much I don’t know.

    copper tubing is WAY expensive these days. Any other material that can be used?

    the problem is, you have to keep replacing the ice water, because the heat will heat it up. you could just buy a real AC and be done with it

    for another 40 bucks you could by a 5000 btu window air conditioner and keep one room nice and cool.

    everything is good but what about the water that “gave” cold and come back to cooler, it is “gane” the heat. second time when it pump in the copper tube it will not be cool as first time, if we use same logic sequense what can we say about the water on 15 th pumping?
